BSM Noble are the Building Surveying arm of Barker Storey Matthews and we are based at Lynch Wood in Peterborough. We offer a comprehensive range of building surveying services from simple defects inspections through to full project management and we act for a diverse client base from individuals and small property companies to large developers, institutional investors and local authorities.
Whilst our main areas of operation are East Anglia, the Midlands, the Home Counties and Central London, we have also been involved in major projects in Dartford, Shrewsbury, Liverpool and Glasgow and we continue to offer our full range of Building Surveying services on a national basis.
Meet our BSM Noble team
Prior to forming BSM Noble, David Park spent 19 years running Noble Consultancy, an independent firm of Project Managers and Chartered Building Surveyors, providing a full range of services on commercial and industrial premises.
David has acted for a number of well-known clients ranging from small property companies to major corporates and institutions, including Legal & General, BMW (UK) Trustees Ltd, Prudential, Peterborough City Council and the Estates Management Department of Cambridge University to name but a few.
Ian Joined BSM Noble in April 2016 from Faithful and Gould, having begun his career as a Building Surveyor in 2003 with Hampshire County Council. He went on to complete an RICS degree in Building Surveying at UWE Bristol in 2007 and following this he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in early 2009.
Ian has a wide range of experience in construction and property including, Feasibility Studies, Project Management, Design and Contract Administration, Building Surveys, Dilapidations & Party Walls.Email Contact
As well as working for a number of financial institutions, David spent 19 years running Noble Consultancy before joining up with Barker Storey Matthews via a joint venture arrangement prior to becoming fully integrated with the firm in April 2016.
