ADRIAN BROWNE MRICS (Director)
Adrian Browne is based at the Bury St. Edmunds office where he has worked since 1988. Prior to that he worked for Nicholsons Surveyors, Waltham Forest Council and the Valuation Office in Waltham Forest, London. Adrian specialises in valuation, rent review, rating and other professional including commercial property surveys and inspections.

SIMON BURTON BSc Hons (Associate Director)
Simon joined joined the Bury St Edmunds office in 2003. He obtained a Diploma in Surveying Practice and BSc in Estate Management from Reading University and became an Associate in 2010. Simon is in charge of agency matters in the Bury office and deals with commercial agency throughout Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and South Norfolk.

ROBERT HOULTON-HART FRICS (Consultant)
Robert began his career with TD Brook & Son in Colchester in 1970 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1974. He joined Lacy Scott in Bury St. Edmunds in 1977 and Prudential in 1986. After retiring early in 2010 Robert took up a consultancy role for BSM.
