ROBERT HOULTON-HART FRICS (Director)
Robert began his career with TD Brook & Son in Colchester in 1970 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1974. He joined Lacy Scott in Bury St. Edmunds in 1977 and Prudential in 1986. A Fellow of the RICS Robert is in charge of Bury St. Edmunds office and is involved with commercial agency work. Email

ADRIAN BROWNE MRICS (Director)
Adrian Browne is based at the Bury St. Edmunds office where he has worked since 1988. Prior to that he worked for Nicholsons Surveyors, Waltham Forest Council and the Valuation Office in Waltham Forest, London. Adrian specialises in valuation, rent review, rating and other professional including commercial property surveys and inspections. Email

NICK MAGER BA (Hons) PGDipEst Man MRICS
Nick worked and qualified in London in the early 1990's, before returning to East Anglia in 1996, where he has worked in both Norwich and Cambridge. Nick joined the Bury St Edmunds office in December 2006, specialising in Investment and Development acquisitions and disposals, strategic property advice and consultancy.

SIMON BURTON (Trainee Surveyor)
Simon Burton joined the Bury St Edmunds office in October 2003 He has recently achieved his Diploma in Surveying Practice and is working towards his Tech RICS qualification. Born and brought up locally Simon deals with commercial agency throughout the Bury St Edmunds and Suffolk area.
