The company, currently based in Wimbledon, are involved in the manufacture of sliding systems used for a range of applications including windows and doors for commercial and domestic use, industrial and agricultural uses and furniture.  Finance Director, Bernard Houghton, comments "we are delighted to be moving to Huntingdon and look forward to growing our business in our new premises.  We chose Huntingdon due to the town's excellent road and rail communications and the availability of such a good quality building".

Alan Matthews of Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office comments "we had to obtain a change of use from warehousing (B8) to light industrial (B1) but this was dealt with swiftly by Huntingdonshire District Council enabling the letting to proceed.  This is great news for Huntingdon and will lead to the creation of up to 30 new jobs".

Barker Storey Matthews and DTZ were instructed by the building's owners, Standard Life, to market the unit.  Hillaldam Coburn was advised by Tomorrow Advisory Ltd and Gent Visick.
