Barker Storey Matthews have been crowned most active Most Active Regional Agent in the East of England for 2016, the fourth consecutive year, by commercial property research specialists EGi.
Barker Storey Matthews have been top of the Most Active Agents leader board in the East of England for several years and the firm won both office and industrial property regional titles as well as overall winner.
EGi assess the volume of deals, covering both sales and lettings, across the five main property types including industrial, office, retail, investment and leisure/hotels. The East of England region as determined by EGi includes any deals completed in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk with all agents including national firms taking part.
