The new tenant of the final suite to let is Xtreme Events who will occupy the 693 sq ft, first floor, self-contained office suite at 12 Manor Mews.

Xtreme Events is an event company offering a wide range of games and activities for corporate events, festivals, birthday parties and private social gatherings and occasions.  Its highlight in 2016 was hosting the Barcelona first team for an event in which Lionel Messi and Luiz Suarez participated.

The company operates nationwide - all over the UK - and into Europe and the brand is in discussion about entering into the USA in 2018.

The St Ives office is its second location in East Anglia, adding to its flagship office in Ramsey, Huntingdon.

Daniel Chillingworth, Founding Director, Xtreme Events, said, "As well as offering good office accommodation at Manor Mews, the reach across the region we can have from a base in St Ives fits our business goals.

"Also, who can object to working from such a picturesque, riverside location?"

Julian Lucas, Director, Barker Storey Matthews, who manages the properties at Manor Mews on behalf of the agency's client, added, "The addition of Xtreme Events to the businesses at Manor Mews meets the brief for the development.

"There is an eclectic mix of companies and, now all the properties are fully occupied, Manor Mews is adding to the renewed and vibrant property profile of this expanding Cambridgeshire market town."
