The company, suppliers to the picture framing industry, are moving over from smaller premises elsewhere in Huntingdon as part of their expansion plans. Centrado’s Director Bradley Middleton commented, “this is an important move for Centrado. Our current 10,000 sq ft premises, which we moved into in September 2012 has been well and truly outgrown. This new facility will give the business the space that it needs to continue its growth trajectory. Huntingdon has proved to be a very efficient centre for our distribution and we are glad to have found another site in the vicinity. We plan to move in the next 6 – 8 weeks when we have completed some refurbishment work.
Richard Adam of Barker Storey Matthews who negotiated the transaction on behalf of the owners commented, “we were pleased to assist Centrado in their expansion into this good quality modern facility. We are continuing seeking new instructions of this type and size particularly with good sized yards in accessible locations upon the main estates in the town.”
