Having occupied the ground floor offices of Davies House as the tenant for the whole of the ten year lease term, the property agent has moved upstairs to 1,340 sq ft of first floor office accommodation in the same building.
Barker Storey Matthews’ move sees ocular healthcare specialist, Health Intelligence as the new occupier of the ground floor offices - its lease having expired on a 990 sq ft office nearby on Kempson Way.
