Barker Storey Matthews has appointed Freddie Dade as a graduate surveyor to assist with the property firm’s agency and professional services portfolio from the Peterborough office.

Freddie (24) graduated in the summer (2018) from Nottingham Trent University with first class honours in Property Finance & Investment.  He joins Barker Storey Matthews following experience gained in London on a placement with a property investor and developer as part of his degree, as well as time spent with a leading West End property agency.

While at Barker Storey Matthews, Freddie will continue his studies and training towards the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) which is awarded by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Announcing the appointment, Richard Jones, Director, Barker Storey Matthews, said, “Freddie is a great addition to our office.  He has lived locally and was schooled in Stamford so he has excellent local knowledge.

“Essentially based at the Peterborough office, Freddie will, however, be assisting with a variety of the client work we undertake from across our four offices in the Eastern region in order to gain the experience required to attain full membership of the RICS.”
