Barker Storey Matthews are delighted to announce that we have now raised a grand total of £7,870 for Sue Ryder' Thorpe Hall Hospice and Prostate Cancer UK. 

Our seven man team successfully completed the Three Peaks Challenge on the 27th of june within the 24 hour time frame and have been continuing their fundraising efforts up until now. The total raised, now exceeds the initial fundraising target of £7,500 and has been divided, as donated, between the two charities; £3,200 has been presented to Sue Ryder' Thorpe Hall and £4,670 to Prostate Cancer UK.

In order to mark the end of the three peaks fundraising, BSM attended a cheque handover ceremony on the 14th of July within the gardens of Thorpe Hall' new West Wing facility. Directors; Richard jones and Martin Hughes, were joined by Marketing Manager Sam White in presenting the cheque to Kate Bement of Sue Ryder who was delighted to receive the ongoing support and contribution. 

Richard Jones, Director at Barker Storey Matthews commented, "We were delighted to have raised so much money for these two incredible charities. in 2016 we will be celebrating our 25th birthday with a number of events and fundraising occasions and we are delighted to announce that Thorpe Hall and Prostate Cancer UK will continue to be the charities we sponsor throughout these celebrations."
