A specialist company supplying and servicing mobility equipment for community health and care sector providers has been confirmed by local property agent, Barker Storey Matthews as the latest occupier at Kingfisher Court, Hinchingbrooke Business Park, Huntingdon.

A J M Healthcare Ltd, an accredited supplier to the National Health Service and local authority care providers, has leased Units 5 and 6 at Kingfisher Court.  The units’ combined light industrial and office space of 473 sq m (5,100sq ft) will be from where A J M Heathcare will establish its presence in the region, in serving local clients following a recent contract win.

Kingfisher Court is a newly built development of just eight light industrial units at Hinchingbrooke Business Park and confirmation of this latest occupier now sees all the units at Kingfisher Court let as are all six units at its companion development on the business park, Falcon Court.

As the sole agent under instruction in letting Units 5 and 6 at Kingfisher Court to A J M Healthcare Ltd, Barker Storey Matthews advises that the combination of quality, brand new light industrial and office space and the location of the development have been key in attracting all the new occupiers.

Richard Adam, Director, Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon, explains, “In meeting recruitment and their clients’ requirements, all the companies with whom we’ve dealt at Kingfisher Court and Falcon Court referenced the need to be close to strategic road networks.

“Occupiers are looking to the Huntingdon area in an anticipation of the completion of the A14 upgrade.  Those in place already - particularly at Kingfisher and Falcon Courts - will be among the first to gain from the much improved arterial and local road networks.”
