Safety Devices intend to occupy part of the space with up to 25,000 sq ft being available to let either in two parts or as a whole. Alternatively, consideration may be given to a letting of the whole unit to a single occupier. Gavin Davidson from Safety Devices commented "good quality second hand space within 15 miles of Cambridge is hard to find these days, copious car parking and an enormous yard is a bonus".
