Bromwich Hardy, as Citron Hygiene’s retained agent, acted for the company in the transaction.
With the emphasis on a high standard of accommodation plus the location, this latest letting is typical of the property requirements of businesses, such as Citron Hygiene, seeking new premises, according to Barker Storey Matthews.
