Acting on behalf of Dencora, the Norwich based property company, Barker Storey Matthews have let the ground floor north wing of Park House at Peterborough Business Park, comprising 2,637 sq ft, to Close Consumer Finance.

The letting quickly follows the recent letting of the whole of the first floor to Associated British Foods, which completed in March of this year.  The office building, which comprises a total of 22,128 sq ft, is located in a prime position at the front of the Business Park at Lynch Wood.

Steve Hawkins, Director of the Peterborough office comments "it's great to see more space taken at Park House.  The deal undermines the attractiveness of the offices, being located at the front of the estate and follows in quick succession the lettings to ABF and Cummins who have taken around 48,000 sq ft in Fountain Court adjacent".

The ground floor offices located in the central and southern suites remain available comprising 2,583 sq ft up to a maximum of 8,136 sq ft.  The remaining space benefits from a self-contained entrance, comfort cooling and full access raised floors throughout.
