Acting on behalf of Dencora, the Norwich based property company, Barker Storey Matthews have let the whole of Fountain Court at Peterborough Business Park, to Cummins, the American engineering giant.

The building measuring 48,678 sq ft, forms part of the 125,000 sq ft Business Park they acquired in August 2010. Cummins will be occupying the building after a substantial refurbishment in April 2013 and have taken a 10 year lease on the two storey air conditioned building, previously occupied by Barclays.

Ed King, Managing Director of Dencora said "we are delighted to be welcoming Cummins onto the Park for their new European Headquarters building and very much look forward to having them as tenants." Other tenants on the Park include BNP Paribas, Atkins and ADP.
