At St Georges House 1,917 sq ft has been let to Headway, who have relocated from the town centre to expand their service of supporting patients who have suffered brain injuries. Suite 2 at St Frances House, comprising 990 sq ft has been let to West March Systems Ltd.
As a result of the deals, the Anderson Centre is now up to full occupancy.
