The move to new premises at St Peter’s Road Industrial Estate has been confirmed by property agency, Barker Storey Matthews who acted on behalf of the landlord in the letting of the 11,557 sq ft, Unit B4 to the Unified Retail Group.
Currently based on St Margaret’s Way in the town and with a headcount of 26, the new premises mean the Group – which has several subsidiary companies who operate in the online retail space – can carry on with its expansion plans.

The letting of Unit B4 Tower Close is one of the latest transactions on the St Peter’s Road Industrial Estate and Barker Storey Matthews advises that an adjacent Tower Close unit is about to be leased too.
