Work to build two new commercial development sites is underway at Hinchingbrooke Business Park in Huntingdon, confirms Barker Storey Matthews - the agent under instruction to market the commercial units on both sites.

Falcon Court and Kingfisher Court are being developed at Hinchingbrooke Business Park by Peterborough-based developer Barnack Estates UK Ltd.

Falcon Court, due for completion in the autumn (2017), comprises six units ranging in size from 2,050 sq ft to 8,078 sq ft. Kingfisher Court offers eight units ranging from 1,560 sq ft to 2,700 sq ft.

Both development sites offer units in multiple combinations, as required, with options to purchase or rent.

Richard Adam, Director, Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon, who is spearheading the commercial property agency's marketing of Falcon Court and Kingfisher Court on behalf of Barnack Estates UK Ltd, commented:

"We have registered a good level of interest for both developments.  At Falcon Court, four of the units - totalling 12,246 sq ft - are now under offer.

"There are several lease proposals for units within Kingfisher Court under consideration by parties presently, with landlords happy to review any additional fit-out and office works requirements of potential occupiers.

"Huntingdon is a hive of activity at the moment for commercial property and development opportunities.

"The extensive highway construction works to upgrade the A14 and access to Cambridge are profiling the commercial benefits of a Huntingdon location to new occupiers and there is a real buzz to the business scene here."
