The nationwide company, which has more than 550 depots across the country, has taken a 15 year lease on three refurbished units, totalling 8,476 sq ft, as part of its expansion plans. Fit-out works are underway at the high quality, modern space, which includes roller shutter doors, a yard area at the front and parking facilities, ready for the store to open this month (March).
Moonhall Business Park, which is owned and managed by leading property company London & Cambridge Properties (LCP), is an established industrial area in Helions Bumpstead Road, adjacent to the A1017 Haverhill Bypass. Other tenants include Thermosafe, Feelgood Fitness, Everlac and Plumb Center.
