Acting on behalf of Receivers, Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office has sold a freehold industrial investment on the St Peters Road Industrial Estate in Huntingdon. The building, Hemingford House, comprises 25,542 sq ft and is let to ISG UK Retail Ltd at an annual rent of £90,000 per annum exclusive.

The investment was acquired by a private Singapore based investor at a  figure of £850,000 representing a net initial yield of 10%. Alan Matthews of Barker Storey Matthews who handled the sale commented "this investment was under offer within days of coming to the market which reflects the strong level of interest from purchasers for commercial property investments and in particular, industrial property".
