A unit of 23,600 sq ft has been sold to private investors at a price of £805,000. The unit, let to HM Inland Revenue, was let on a lease expiring in 2020 at an annual rent of £70,000 per annum. At the start of 2013 a further vacant unit of 11,800 sq ft has been let to Phoenix Marine Solutions at an initial rent of £35,000 per annum. The tenant has an option to purchase the unit at a later date.
