Barker Storey Matthews is pleased to announce that Laurence Gercke of Barker Storey Matthews' Cambridge office has qualified as a chartered Surveyor, recently passing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.

Laurence graduated in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University in 2012 and joined Barker Storey Matthews Cambridge team in December that year.

Since his appointment, Laurence has been heavily involved within the Cambridge commercial property market, and since passing his APC, Laurence has been promoted to Senior Surveyor.

Ben Green, Director at Barker Storey Matthews said, "We congratulate Laurence on his success in the RICS assessment. Laurence has been an invaluable member of our Cambridge team and his hard work to achieve accreditation has certainly paid off."

Laurence Gercke commented, "I am delighted to have passed my APC qualification which reflects my commitment to surveying and my hard work over the past three years. This achievement marks an important milestone in my career and I am looking forward to working with Barker Storey Matthews as a qualified Chartered Surveyor."

The addition of Laurence's Chartered status has increased Barker Storey Matthews total number of Surveyors to 22 across our four offices in Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Huntingdon and Peterborough. Our Surveyors are accompanied by a Chartered Town Planner and 16 support staff.
