Acting as the sole agent on behalf of the landlord, the Huntingdon office of Barker Storey Matthews has confirmed the letting of retail premises in Ramsey, Cambridgeshire to independent chain of traditional Turkish barbers, King’s Barber.

The 77.9 sq m (839 sq ft) self-contained premises at 57 High Street, Ramsey - previously occupied by The Vape Project - give its new occupier shop frontage on to the town’s main thoroughfare with on-street parking nearby.

This is the latest Cambridgeshire market town location for the King’s Barber chain, adding to its regional portfolio of salon presences in Ely and Littleport and, formerly, St Ives.

Richard Adam, Director, Barker Storey Matthews’ Huntingdon office said, “The market towns of Cambridgeshire offer attractive and affordable property opportunities for small, independent traders.

“As the dynamic of the high street changes, we are finding that retail properties - such as 57 High Street - appeal to traders whose offering or services cannot be replicated online.

“We wish King’s Barber well in its new, additional location in Cambridgeshire and look forward to its opening later in the spring, following fit out of the premises.”
