Following the full refurbishment of the office accommodation to let, the new occupier is Toolbox Group, the developer of Mallcomm™ - a multi-award winning, integrated technology tool for managing and engaging commercial real estate communities.
The business was established in 2000 as a strategic marketing company across Europe. Due to the change in real estate, Toolbox Group developed its Proptech platform - Mallcomm™. Both operations have previously been based at office premises in Bardwell, Bury St Edmunds. The move to the new office in Beacon House, where Toolbox Group has taken a ten year lease, follows the expansion of both businesses and sees Mallcomm™, with a current headcount of 30 staff, with room for further business growth.
Speaking about the move to Beacon House, Michelle Buxton, founder and CEO of Toolbox Group, said, “The success of this part of the business has seen us outgrow the shared Bardwell offices. We knew we wanted to remain in the Bury St Edmunds area and so targeted our search in established commercial areas on the edge of the town with good road access and onward connectivity.
