The RICS has published its first UK Commercial Property Market Survey of the year (Q1 2019), headlined ‘Brexit uncertainty continues to hinder the market’.

Offering comment within the survey, among other RICS chartered surveyors in the Eastern region, is Alan Matthews of the Huntingdon office of Barker Storey Matthews - now part of Eddisons - who said, “There is no doubt that the uncertainty of Brexit is being felt across the board.

“The outlook for our region in the medium to longer term is positive, but expect to see considerable volatility over the next twelve months and, possibly, longer.”
