The new owners of the Tesla Court office in Peterborough are proving that a more proactive approach to dealing with interest in the development is starting to reap benefits.

Since June of this year, five lettings have been completed with another three transactions in solicitor's hands. New arrivals include Geek Design, Posh Gecko and Allied Healthcare, whilst existing tenants Abbey Financial and The Stirling Choice have expanded within the development and taken additional space. Two other buildings are under offer, meaning that the scheme is 70% let.

Julian Welch, Director of letting agents Barker Storey Matthews acting on behalf of the owners Frenbury Investments commented "the flexible approach that is being taken with this development, the ability to make quick decisions, and being able to provide excellent value good quality space within the premier business location in Peterborough is proving very attractive to the market".

There has been strong demand from office occupiers looking for the right solution but have been unable to identify the right building. Many of the occupiers are existing Peterborough based businesses looking to expand. Welch adds "often, fast growing businesses need flexibility and do not want to be tied into long term leases, but at the same time do want a decent quality of accommodation. Tesla Court provides all of this and more".

A range of office suites and whole buildings remain available, from 570 sq ft to 2,200 sq ft on both a leasehold, and freehold basis. Lease with options to purchase are also available.
