Acting on behalf of The Unex Group, Barker Storey Matthews Peterborough office has let the remaining ground floor office space at Unex House, Bourges Boulevard, Peterborough, to Johnston Publishing and HSBC Bank.

Johnston Publishing has taken around 1,084 sq m (11,664 sq ft) with the balance of the ground floor accommodation, comprising around 490 sq m (5,274 sq ft) taken by HSBC.
