Our Property Management department is run by two of our Directors, emphasising the importance that we place on the professional day-to-day management of our clients' assets.

We provide a specialist service for everyone, from Pension Funds, Plc Companies, Goverment Departments and Property Companies, to Banks, Family Trusts, Receivers and individuals. Our service is carefully tailored to suit each client's unique needs, covering all types of property including Shopping centres, Industrial estates, Office Blocks and individual buildings.

We make use of the most up to date computer technology to assist us in dealing efficiently with rent, insurance and service charge collection, and the provision of regular reports and statements to our clients. We also deal with the organisation of maintenance and repair work and carry out periodic inspections to ensure that tenants are maintaining the property in accordance with their lease obligations.

Rent Reviews / Lease Renewals / Arbitrations

In conjunction with our Professional Services Department we deal with rent reviews, initiating and conducting negotiations and will work with your solicitor in agreeing terms for lease renewals, taking a positive approach to improving the terms of each lease to ensure the maximum return on your investment.

Asset Valuation and Advice

We provide regular advice, updating the valuation of your asset when needed. Should your circumstances or market conditions change, we will recommend the best time to sell or let. We will prepare inventories and schedules of dilapidations and repairs, provide fire insurance valuations and advise on sub-lettings, assignments, change of use, tenant's alterations, town planning and other proposals affecting your investment.
